About Needle Felting
Needle felting is a process in which a single, barbed needle is used to tangle and compact wool fibers by repeatedly stabbing the needle into the fibers, forming three-dimensional felt sculptures or two dimensional wool "paintings."
All of our creations are one of a kind! Each and every animal, wizard, Angel or wool painting is unique in it's own way. Many of our needle felted figures are made to order just for you! Ready to ship items are marked as such in the product description. Custom orders can take up to 3 - 5 weeks to complete. Each figure is individually handmade with lots of love.
About our Sculptures
We are very careful about where we source our supplies from, so that we are 100% sure that we are using only humanely sourced materials.- All of our needle felted creations are made from real wool fibers in a smoke free environment. Many are sculpted over a wire armature to help create their unique shape. This also makes them pose-able!

Whiskers are made from real horsehair, which is naturally shed from happy, well cared for horses.

The wool we choose is humanely gathered from happy, well cared for sheep, alpaca and even bunnies.

We prefer to create from pure, organic, vegetable dyed wool whenever possible. Very occasionally we may use an extremely small amount of wool which is chemically dyed, in order to achieve a very specific color.

Leather parts, when needed, are recycled from old clothing or furniture found in flea markets, vintage or thrift shops.
A Few More Things...

If you are allergic to wool, please don't snuggle with our needle felted critters! (They still make great decorations, though!)

Our needle felted creations are not toys and are not recommended for children 3 years and under, as loose fibers or small pieces could pose as a choking hazard.
